The Farmer’s Kitchen is a licensed cafe serving breakfasts, lunches, morning coffee and afternoon tea. Using local ingredients and our own meat wherever possible dishes include cheddar and spinach soufflé, lasagne with real chips and home-made soups and sandwiches.

Every Sunday a roast is available – served with “the works” and the option of local wine, beer or cider and home-made puddings. The restaurant seats 30 with additional seating on the terrace on fine days and is open seven days a week.
Hot drinks and sandwiches are available as take-away food if you are in a hurry. Please be aware that this service may not be available at very busy times.

The café will remain closed in April and we will re-assess if the weather warms up (we are only allowed to open the marquee if it is open sided).
