How to order from us...
A huge thank you to all customers, old and new, who have ordered with us in the past few weeks, especially for your patience with any (minor) teething problems. We have settled into a system that seems to be working and waiting times are not too long (unless we are waiting for a specific product you have requested). We are happy to take new orders but it is still the case that If you are not self-isolating due to health reasons or illness please do shop with us in person. We are operating a strict restriction on the number of people in the shop at any one time, for more information click here.

We have been experiencing unprecedented levels of emails so please remember to include your name, your telephone number and shopping list. Please try to remember everything you would like as we may not be able to process 'add-ons' and it will hugely cut down on the number of emails we have to get through. If we are out of stock of an item we will try our best to let you know or put an alternative on. If you have asked for any meat items then we may have to wait for a delivery to come in to us which may take a few days.
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order. When we have it ready we will telephone you for payment. You may then collect from our car park, we can either put it by or in your car as requested.
