The licensed Terrace Restaurant opened shortly after the Farm
Shop. A wide menu is available, featuring seasonal ingredients
and our own vegetables, salad and meat, when available.
Breakfast
is served daily from 8.30am until 11am (10am until 11am
on Sundays). You could enjoy a Full English, eggs on toast or
a bacon sandwich with a cup of good quality coffee or Clipper
Tea. These are just some of the options on our breakfast menu.
Lunches are available daily from 12 - 2.30pm
(Sundays
12 - 2pm), with dishes ranging from soup or sandwiches to
honey glazed pork tenderloin, steak & kidney pie or fresh
fish.
Afternoon tea is served daily during the summer from
2.30pm until 5pm (2pm until 3.30pm on Sundays). We serve
a selection of homemade cakes, cream teas and sandwiches.
The Sunday lunch menu, including a roast joint, is very
popular and booking is advised.
On dry days the terrace is a relaxing place to enjoy a drink
or meal with wonderful views across the Dorset countryside.
For private functions, parties of up to 30 may be accommodated
by speaking to the Front of House Manager Neil, or Assistant
Manager Ali.
Washingpool Kitchen
Cakes, puddings, salads and meals are made in small batches
in the kitchen for sale in the shop. All are available to order
in larger quantities for parties or family meals, please ask
for details.
